This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Poly News ("Developer") for the use of the mobile application Poly News. By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Poly News grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Poly News application on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms of this license.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
The application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Poly News.
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to the collection and use of data as outlined in that policy to ensure the functionality and security of the service.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Poly News. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poly News shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the application.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Poly News is registered, excluding its conflict of law rules.
